Why am I holding an auction?
I have been completing various fine furniture classes as education for myself so that I can continue to provide better quality products for all of you. One of the by products of fine furniture classes is the creation of furniture. As many of you know I live in a tiny house (yes on wheels) which can not house more furniture for me, also since this is a new business it could very much use the profits of selling this piece rather then to keep it.
Around the beginning of the 2019 Fall school semester I offered to take on a select few clients to create their furniture for 50% of my normal production cost if they would work with me as I create their piece during my classes. Unfortunately I did not start looking soon enough and no clients were able to be lined up. So now at the end of the semester I have beautiful furniture without a home for it to go to.
What is the Starting Bid?
Since I offered at the beginning of the semester to complete the furniture piece at 50% of it’s normal production cost I have decided to hold to that as the starting bid. The bidding for this piece will begin at $1,300.
How Do You Bid?
The bidding will be held on our Company Facebook Page. An event labeled furniture auction will be created. (A button to this event is located above). To bid simply list the dollar amount you’re bidding to the comment section. Please only bid in whole dollar increments.
How Do You Pay?
Upon the completion of the Auction (Feb 29th), whoever holds the highest bid will be contacted via Facebook to organize payment. Available Options are Cash/Check and Card/Bank Transfer (Last two options are conducted using Quickbooks). Purchase is subject to sales tax.
How Will You Receive Your Purchase?
After the completion of the auction delivery will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the owner of the piece. This may include items such as: Pick-up, Delivery and Shipping. Delivery and Shipping is to be paid by the owner of the piece, and is not included in bid price.

To clean gently wipe with damp rag, Cherry will continue to darken with age, Drawer guides and slides are waxed for smooth operation, If table does not sit flush on your floor simply adjust legs with felt pads.
